The Shelley Irwin Fun Run
The Shelley Irwin Fun Run is a community event in Grand Rapids, Michigan that raises funds for WGVU Public Media. The event offers in-person and virtual participation options, and proceeds support local journalism, educational programming, cultural content, and commercial-free broadcasting.

Most in-person entries have a registration fee of $35.00 and the virtual 5K has a registration fee of $25.00. Every participant receives a limited edition WGVU baseball cap and access to pre- and post-event refreshments, which include a Bloody Mary bar and a charcuterie table. Strollers are welcome.
