Registration, logistics, courses and awards
Entry fees listed for the 2025 event include a $40 fee for the 5k ($20 for ages 5-17), a $45 fee for the 15k ($25 for ages 5-17), and a free 1 mile kids run. Prices for the 5k and 15k increase after November 12, 2025. Late registration is available by mobile phone only. Packet pick-up options are Wednesday, Nov 26 (5:30pm-6:30pm, location TBD) or Thanksgiving morning at Jamestown Lower Elementary (6:00am-7:15am, parking lot off Greenly).
Course notes: the 5k runs through downtown Jamestown and the elementary/middle school campus; the 15k goes through downtown and out to Hudsonville farmlands using bike paths and gravel roads, with mostly flat terrain and a couple of challenging hills; the 1 mile route circles the elementary building to the finish line. Age-group and overall awards are listed for both distances; some awards require minimum participation. There is no formal awards ceremony; results and awards are posted and distributed at the start/finish area.
