Turkey Trails - Grand Rapids
Turkey Trails in Zeeland, Michigan takes place on November 22, 2026, at Helder Park, Playground at Jim Kaat Ball Park, 10660 Quincy St. The event offers in-person and virtual options across multiple distances and formats.
Distances and event formats:
- 50 m Kids Dash for ages 10 and under, untimed.
- 1 Mile untimed participation.
- 5K (3.1 miles) road race.
- 10K (6.2 miles) road race.
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles).
- Virtual Race option to complete the distance remotely.
- Volunteer then Run option combining volunteering and later running.
Registration fees and included items are listed per event. Several race entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a finisher medal; this specifically applies to the half marathon, 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile. The kids dash includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a children’s dash medal, and children may run the kids dash for free without receiving swag. Youth pricing for the 5K and 10K is $17 for participants 12 and under.
Event services described include chip timing with live results and awards, free event photos, and food available at the finish. The virtual race allows participants to run anywhere and still receive the event swag. For the Volunteer then Run option, volunteers are asked to arrive 30 minutes before packet pickup and may run any distance afterward.
