Event Details
The Turkey Trails event takes place on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at Helder Park - Playground at Jim Kaat Ball Park in Zeeland, Michigan. It is a Thanksgiving-themed running event.
Distances and Activities
The event offers several race distances and activities:
- 1 Mile (untimed)
- 5k
- 10k

- Kids Dash (untimed, for ages 10 and under)

Registration and Swag
Registration includes a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal for the 1 Mile, 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon events. The Kids Dash registration includes a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a special medal. Youth pricing is available for the 5k and 10k distances for participants aged 12 and under.
A virtual race option is available for participants who cannot attend in person. Virtual registrants will have their race packets mailed to them after the event.
Event Features
The event uses chip timing with live results and awards. Free photos are provided. Treats are available at the finish line. Packet pickup is available on race day starting 90 minutes before the race begins. Awards are given for overall, masters, and age group winners in the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon.
Policies
The event has a no-refund policy. If canceled, all participants will be transferred to the virtual event. The race proceeds in most weather conditions unless there are ice hazards or a venue-required cancellation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
