Checkpoint food includes vegan and gluten free options when selected at entry; competitors may supply labelled bags of personal food for checkpoints if needed. The event is cup-free and competitors must bring a reusable cup. A mandatory kit list applies and random kit checks take place at registration. All entrants must be 20 years or over on the start day.
