The Severn Plod Ultra

The MTC Severn Plod Ultra is a challenging 48-mile ultra marathon that takes participants on a scenic point-to-point route from the Mid Wales Art Centre to Shrewsbury. Runners will traverse diverse landscapes, including the river Severn and the Montgomery Canal Walk, while enjoying checkpoints that offer vegan and gluten-free food options. All finishers receive a bespoke medal, and the top male and female competitors are awarded MTC R1 road shoes.
