The Severn Plod Ultra

The MTC Severn Plod Ultra is a challenging 48-mile ultra marathon that takes participants on a scenic route from the Mid Wales Art Centre to Shrewsbury. The course features a mix of trails along the River Severn and the Montgomery Canal, with several checkpoints providing vegan and gluten-free food options. All finishers receive a bespoke medal, and the top male and female runners are awarded a pair of MTC R1 road shoes.
