The Severn Plod Ultra

The MTC Severn Plod Ultra is a challenging 48-mile ultra marathon that takes participants on a scenic route from the Mid Wales Art Centre to Shrewsbury. The course features a mix of landscapes, including the River Severn and Montgomery Canal Walk, with several checkpoints offering vegan and gluten-free food options. All finishers receive a bespoke medal, and the top male and female runners are awarded MTC R1 road shoes.
