The MTC Severn Path Ultra

The MTC Severn Path Ultra is a 59-mile point-to-point ultramarathon from The Premier Inn, Shrewsbury (SY1 1PG) to Travelodge Worcester (WR1 2QS). The route follows the River Severn, starting in Shrewsbury and tracing riverside paths past Atcham, Cressage and Buildwas, then Ironbridge, Jackfield and Coalport, before continuing through Apley Forge, Bridge North, Hampton, Upper Arley, Bewdley, Stourport and Holt Heath to Worcester. The course is described as largely flat with scenic Severn-side scenery.

Finisher rewards include a bespoke Severn Path Ultra medal and a head visor; the fastest male and female win a trophy. The event offers vegan/gluten-free options, a cup-free policy, four check-points, and a 4 mph minimum pace with cut-offs.
