The Scary Scamper
The Scary Scamper is part of a Halloween series of races. Participants can choose a target distance to run within a 7-hour time limit.
Participants select their target distance. Options include:
- 5 km (2 laps)
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
The event takes place at Pengethley Manor in Ross-on-Wye. The course is off-road and described as tough, featuring a hill and a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The lap distance is 2.5 km.
Participants can also take part virtually. A free virtual option allows runners to be included on the results list, while paid virtual entries receive a medal.
The event offers themed Halloween medals, which may be provided in green or orange. Entry fees are listed for race, UK virtual, and overseas virtual entries. A charity entry option is also available for a reduced fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
