The Rock CF Thumb Coast Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K
The event is scheduled for Sunday, November 8, 2026 and takes place along Michigan’s Thumb Coast between Caseville and Port Austin. It is co produced by the Rock CF Foundation and Trivium Racing and features road race distances along Lake Huron.
The courses are fully paved and certified by USATF. The route includes shoreline sections with views of Lake Huron and runs through downtown areas and parkland on the Thumb Coast.
Distances:
- Marathon: point to point from downtown Caseville to downtown Port Austin
- Half Marathon: Sleeper State Park to Port Austin
- 5K: Scenic loop around downtown Port Austin
The event’s policies state that if the race is canceled for reasons beyond the race director or committee control, refunds will not be issued; race packets including race shirts will be available at a location to be determined. Refund policy details specify no refunds within 30 days of the event; requests made earlier than 30 days may receive a 50 percent refund of the entry fee excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries can be transferred to another individual for a five dollar transfer fee and shirt size cannot be changed.
