The 50 Mile course is point-to-point and reported to be roughly 85% dirt roads, 10% paved roads, and 5% unimproved park roads, with about 500 feet of elevation gain. The 50K is an out-and-back that starts and finishes at Caseville County Park and uses mostly unimproved and gravel roads. The course is described as well marked and served by fully stocked aid stations offering water, Tailwind, gels, and real food. The event uses generous cutoff times and a volunteer crew.
