The ROC Triathlon
The ROC Triathlon is held at Durand Eastman Beach in Irondequoit, New York. The event dates are August 21-22, 2026. It is a USAT-sanctioned event that has been held since 2010. The event offers qualifying slots for the National Championships for Sprint and Intermediate distances.
The event features a shallow open-water swim, a closed-to-traffic bike course, and a run along the Lake Ontario and Seabreeze shorelines.
