The Ritz-Carlton Grande Labor Day Weekend 5K
The Ritz-Carlton Grande Labor Day Weekend 5K takes place at the Grande Lakes resort in Orlando. Participants navigate a course set on the back nine of an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. The event is organized as a walk or fun run suitable for families, resort guests, and the general public.

- Restorative Yoga Master Class
The 5 km route explores the resort landscape. After completing the distance, participants receive an exclusive T-shirt, a medal, and a goodie bag. Post-race amenities include healthy snack options, champagne, and mimosas. Therapists are available on-site to provide stretching and massage services utilizing Theragun equipment. Attendees also have the opportunity to enter a raffle for spa treatments, such as facials and manicures.
Following the run, a restorative yoga master class is offered for an additional fee. This session focuses on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery specifically for runners, targeting the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. The class concludes with a grounding sound bowl meditation held outdoors.
Event check-in and packet pick-up occur on the morning of the event at the Valencia Courtyard, located adjacent to the Spa.
