Seniors First Turkey Trot 5K Presented by HUB - Track Shack
The Seniors First Turkey Trot 5K takes place on Thanksgiving Day at Lake Eola Park in Orlando, Florida. The event is a long running community tradition in its 37th year and typically draws over 5,000 runners, joggers, and walkers, many wearing costumes or Thanksgiving themed hats.

The race supports Seniors First, Inc., with proceeds benefiting Meals on Wheels and other programs that assist low income older adults. Event swag includes a T-shirt and a finisher medal. Entry options are in person or virtual and processing fees apply. Entry fee tiers vary by registration date and discounts are available for youth, seniors, and groups. All entry fees are non refundable.
Race features include awards for the top five male and top five female finishers, a best costume contest, a best turkey call contest, an oldest participant award, and a free Tot Trot for children with ribbons for all finishers. Wheelchair athletes may compete with push rim chairs or handcycles; helmets are required. Push rim athletes are eligible for awards while handcycle competitors participate in an exhibition category. Bib pickup is handled at the Track Shack store and packet shipping is available for domestic addresses.
