Rise & Trot - Orlando
Rise & Trot is a family friendly 5K run and walk held in Lake Nona, Orlando on November 26, 2026. The event starts at the Lake Nona Performance Club and takes place on Thanksgiving morning with a focus on community activity.

There is additional youth overall recognition for the top three male and top three female finishers age 17 and under.
