The Retro Run – Long Beach, CA
The Retro Run is a beachside running event held at Alamitos Beach, 780 E Shoreline Ave, Long Beach, California. The event presents a retro theme with encouragement to wear vintage or bold outfits while using the beach path for all courses.

- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
All courses are out-and-back and begin and finish at the same location on the beach path. The route stays on the pedestrian side of the path and does not leave the path. Courses are not closed to the public, so runners should be aware of others using the path.
On-course support includes two water stations and restrooms along the route. Course turns are marked with chalk, signs indicating runner turns, and flags. Race bibs must be worn on the front of the shirt for timing and photography. A gear check is available at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag for personal items.
Parking options include a paid parking lot at the venue and free street parking. All finishers receive a race medal, and overall first place male and female in each distance receive special first place medals.
