The Raven 24-Hour - February 6, 2027
The Raven is a 24-hour track race held in Mount Pleasant, SC at the Town Hall track (100 Ann Edwards Lane). The course is a USATF-certified 400-meter rubberized track, USATF sanctioned, and eligible for national and world record ratification. The facility has shade on the track and lights for overnight running.
Field size is limited and entry is prioritized by performance standards. Entry is open to all applicants but all runners must join the waitlist to be considered; qualifications must be within the last two years. Exceptions may be considered by the organizer. Registration details in the event listing show an offer price of $429.50 USD and indicate sold out status.
Distances and qualifying standards:
- 24-hour mileage: Men A 148, Men B 134; Women A 133, Women B 120
- 100 miles times: Men A 14:00, Men B 15:40; Women A 15:30, Women B 17:25
- 100k times: Men A 7:30, Men B 8:20; Women A 8:20, Women B 9:15
- 50 miles times: Men A 5:45, Men B 6:25; Women A 6:25, Women B 7:05
Prize structure includes cash awards for overall world and American records at 100k and beyond and payments tied to U.S. 24-Hour Team qualifying performances. Aid station provisions include drinks, snacks, limited hot food, and basic athlete responsibility for special dietary needs. Two porta-potties will be near the track; a gymnasium with showers and a kitchenette will be available. Timing is provided by a local race director team and an electronic display will show laps and distance; direction of travel will change every four hours.
