Charleston Itty Bitty 50
The Charleston Itty Bitty 50 is a point-to-point 50-mile road event held in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The event is self supported and unmarked; roads remain open and there are no scheduled aid stations or course markings. Runners are responsible for their own supplies, navigation and transport to and from the course.

The route starts at the end of the West Ashley Greenway and travels across the Charleston peninsula and area landmarks, continuing through Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms before finishing at the Park West track and field in Mount Pleasant. All participants start together and finishers complete one additional lap of the track (400 meters) as the final timed segment.
Entry is limited to 75 spots for this edition; a waitlist opens after those slots fill. There is a $30 donation to cover a tracker rental. Registration opens February 14, 2026, and there are no refunds or bib transfers. The organizers monitor finisher times and allow roughly 18 hours to complete the 50-mile distance.
