Overview
The Rad Race takes place on March 21, 2026, at H-Town BMX, 12257 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77067. The event is presented by Rad Racing Company as part of a Rad Fest celebrating the 40th anniversary of RAD The Movie. The festival area will include movie showings, music, vendors, food, an attire contest, drawings, and a bike race experience in partnership with H-Town BMX and Northside BMX Park. The event benefits are listed as TBD. All event participants receive a custom race shirt, finishers medal, and race bib. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; virtual packets ship the Tuesday after the race.

Additional on-site offerings include a Bike Race Experience and a RAD Zone (non-racing area). A "Volunteer then Run" option is available only to 5k participants; full race volunteers receive race swag and one free entry to a future Rad Racing Company event. Awards for the 5k and 10k include male and female overall, masters (40+), grand masters (60+), and top 3 in standard age groups. The Kids Dash and Bike Race Experience also have awards. The organizer states a strict no-refund policy and says the race may be delayed, altered, or cancelled for safety at the race director’s discretion.
