Every registered participant receives an event T-shirt; survivors and people living with metastatic breast cancer receive shirts in special colors. Packet pick-up is scheduled at DICK’S Sporting Goods, 2131 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX on September 26, September 27, October 1, and October 2. Shirt sizes at packet pick-up and on race morning are not guaranteed.
Timed participants may purchase a $10 timing chip at registration to receive chip timing and eligibility for awards. All timed participants receive an individual results page with results, pace breakdown, a finisher certificate, and a 20-second video of crossing the start and finish line. Awards include the top three overall male and female 5K finishers and top three male and female in 5K age groups from 10 & Under through 80+.
The event includes programming that recognizes survivors and people living with metastatic breast cancer, including a Hope Village celebration and a Pathway of Hope/Survivor parade.
