Event overview
The Pink Walk & Timed Fun Run is scheduled for February 7, 2026 in Anderson, South Carolina. The event is the 5th annual timed 5K walk and run and is hosted on Anderson University campus at the Abney Athletic Center. Proceeds will benefit Play4Kay, part of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, which provides cancer research grants impacting women.
Registration and race services
Early bird registration is available through January 10, 2026; the listed price for the 5K event is $30. Packet pick-up is offered on Tuesday, February 3 and Wednesday, February 4 at Spero Financial (100 Hanna Crossing, Anderson, SC), with additional packet pick-up available at the Abney Athletic Center on race day. Race registration includes a chip-timed bib, a race day T-shirt for those registered before January 11 (after that date, shirts are available while supplies last), and a race day sticker. Anmed’s mobile unit will be on site during the event to provide screenings. Participants may submit a story and photo to honor a loved one; submitted stories will be displayed at the event.
