The TALI Sadlers Creek event is a trail running day at Sadlers Creek State Park in Anderson, South Carolina, held at 863 Sadlers Creek Rd, ZIP 29626. The program includes two race distances and community provisions.

- 1 mile youth trail run
Registration for the adult 6K opens 29 August 2026 and closes 27 January 2027; the listed registration fee is $35.00. Registration for the one mile youth run opens 29 August 2026 and closes 27 January 2027; the listed registration fee is $15.00. Organizers will pay the park entry fee for all runners and walkers. Competitors who have not previously competed in an event with Tri And Like It receive an extra item at packet pickup.
Coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate will be provided for attendees. Twenty-five percent of net profit from the event will go to Gateway House in Greenville, SC. Gateway House is an internationally accredited Clubhouse Model rehabilitation program for adults living with persistent and severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The individuals at Gateway House are not patients or clients - they are members who are offered opportunities to increase social and vocational skills, build relationships, and obtain education, employment, and housing.
