Event Overview
The Phantom Run takes place in Lynn Canyon Park, North Vancouver, providing a trail running experience through the lower reaches of the North Shore trails near the Seymour River. The course features a mix of technical and non-technical trails, characterized by steep climbs and descents.
Participants can register for the following distances:
- 12 km
- 19.5 km
- 25 km
The event serves as a fundraising race supporting North Shore Rescue. Additionally, the organizers collect donations for the Food Bank and encourage participants to bring non-perishable packaged food items. Following the race, hot soup and other refreshments are provided to the runners.
