Course and event information
All distances start and finish at the Lynn Canyon Park parking lot in the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, across from the filtration plant on Lillooet Road. Organizers note limited parking and recommend carpooling; an alternative is to park east of Lynn Valley Creek and walk across the Pipeline Bridge to the start area. Package pickup is available the Friday before the race at the Running Room on Westview Drive and at the race start on event day. Race check-in is required before the start for safety. Dry bags may be dropped off at the start area if the race number is marked on the bag.
There are three aid stations on the longer courses and one on the 12 km course; aid stations provide water, electrolyte drink, gels, chews, cookies and other snacks, and first aid supplies. The event is cup-free, so participants must supply their own container for fluids. Awards are given to the top three by gender in each event and finishers receive medals and a souvenir. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
