The Phantom Run

The Phantom Run is a relaxed and enjoyable winter fundraising trail race held at Lynn Canyon Park East Parking Lot in North Vancouver, BC. Participants can choose from three distances: 12K, 19.5K, and 25K, running through the lower North Shore trails near the Seymour River. The course features a mix of technical and non-technical trails with some steep climbs and descents, offering a challenging yet scenic experience.

After the race, runners are treated to hot soup and other refreshments. The event supports the Harvest Project, encouraging participants to bring non-perishable food donations.
