The Phantom Run

The Phantom Run 2025 is a relaxed, winter fundraising trail race held in Lynn Canyon Park, North Vancouver, BC, starting near the East Parking Lot along the Seymour River trails. Participants choose among three distances—12K, 19.5K, and 25K—running on a mix of technical and non-technical North Shore trails with some steep climbs and descents. The atmosphere is friendly and community‑oriented, with hot soup and other treats after the race.
