The Phantom Run 2025 is a winter fundraising trail race in Lynn Canyon Park, North Vancouver, BC. The course runs through the lower reaches of the North Shore trails near the Seymour River and includes both technical and non-technical sections with some steep climbs and descents. Organizers provide hot soup and other food after the race. The event supports local causes; donations to North Shore Rescue are listed and the race contributes to the Harvest Project. Organizers note that weather is unpredictable.
