The Peddars Way Ultra Marathon

The Peddars Way Ultra Marathon is a 48-mile race through the historic landscapes of Suffolk and Norfolk, starting at Knettishall Heath Nature Reserve and finishing at Holme-next-the-Sea on the Norfolk Coast. The course follows an ancient Pre-Roman trading route and former Roman road, featuring a mix of straight tracks, bridleways, footpaths, and quiet country roads. The terrain is relatively flat and well-marked, making it accessible for runners of all abilities, including beginners.

Participants receive detailed GPS files, enjoy four checkpoints (two indoor, two outdoor), and benefit from safety measures like GPS tracking, first aid, and course sweepers.
