The Peanut Run

The Peanut Run is scheduled for June 9, 2026 in Amelia Island, Florida, and is presented by Women in Peanut Leadership with sponsorship from The Peanut Institute. The event is associated with the 2026 USA Peanut Congress at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

The event offers both an in person and a virtual format. In person registration for the 5K and the one mile option is listed at $40 and includes breakfast and a WIPL tank top or crew neck. Virtual participants may choose a shipping option for the event shirt for an additional fee. A cut-off date for shirt orders is given as May 30, 2026; registrations after that date may see later delivery.

Race timing will use chip timing for the 5K. The event divides results into two age groups, 39 and under and 40 and over, for both male and female categories. Pre-race packet pick up is organized alongside conference registration and hospitality.
