The Parklands & WLKY 5K is a road and trail 3.1-mile run/walk held at Beckley Creek Park in The Parklands of Floyds Fork, Louisville, Kentucky. The in-person course starts and finishes at the Egg Lawn at Beckley Creek Park and combines road sections with the Louisville Loop trail. The event is chip timed using a disposable timing chip affixed to the race bib. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female in multiple age groups from 9 & under through 80 & over. Race entry includes a tech shirt, finisher medal, free race photography, and post-race refreshments.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available Friday, June 5, 2026, at the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Pavilion in Beckley Creek Park and on race morning at the same location. Virtual participants may complete the race at any location and submit results on the registration site between June 5 and June 8, with finisher certificates and rankings available after submission.
