The Osprey Trail Run
The Osprey Trail Run is a looped trail race held at the Oxbow Eco-Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The event for 2026 is scheduled for September 19 and will direct net proceeds to St. Lucie County environmental education programs and the Oxbow Eco-Center.
The course is looped and distances are approximate while final GPS mapping and trail clearing continue. The event is timed with bibs. There will be at least two aid stations on course: one manned aid station and one unmanned water station. Aid station offerings include peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bananas, oranges, and plant-based options. The event follows a bring-your-own-water-bottle approach with refill opportunities on site. The course will be marked.
Race logistics include two packet pickup opportunities, one at the Port Saint Lucie Fleet Feet store and one at the Oxbow Eco-Center on race day. Same-day registration is not available. Participants will sign a waiver during registration. Dogs are not allowed on race day. Wheelchairs and baby joggers are not suitable for the trail course. Practice runs will be organized as sections of the course are cleared.
Swag for 2026 is planned to include men’s and women’s shirts, a bag, a mystery item, and finisher medals and awards. Items may change due to supply constraints. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
