The Osprey Trail Run is a trail event held at the Oxbow Eco-Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The venue is a 225-acre nature preserve along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River with boardwalks, pedestrian trails, and observation towers. The preserve's trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset, and the Eco-Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The event is a cup-less race; participants must bring their own method to carry water, such as a handheld bottle or hydration vest. Packet pickup will be held over two days with exact dates to be announced. Parking will be along the canal easement; drivers are asked to park straight in and place vehicles close together. Volunteers will be on site to guide parking.
