The Osprey Trail Run
The Osprey Trail Run takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Oxbow Eco Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The preserve is located at 5400 NE St. James Drive and the trails are open sunrise to sunset daily. The Eco Center maintains boardwalks, pedestrian trails, and observation towers.

The course starts at the Oxbow Eco Center parking area and follows portions of the Heritage Trail, Gopher Trail, Blue Heron Trail, Spoon Bill Trail, Scrub Jay Trail, Racoon Trail, and Otter Trail. Trail maps are posted at the trail head. The event asks participants to practice good trail etiquette and Leave No Trace.
Parking is along the canal easement; drivers should park straight in and fit close to adjacent cars. Volunteers will guide parking. Packet pickup will occur on two days to be announced. Registration closes on Tuesday, September 15 at 11:59 PM ET.
The race operates as a cup-less event; participants must bring their own water-carrying device such as a handheld or a vest. Net proceeds after event expenses are donated to the Oxbow Eco Center environmental education program. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
