Multisport Races in Fort Pierce
The ninth annual Game On - Treasure Coast Tri Winter takes place at Jetty Park in Fort Pierce. This coastal city, located on Florida's Treasure Coast, serves as the backdrop for a variety of multisport events. Participants finish their respective races on the Fort Pierce Inlet Jetty.
Registered athletes receive a long-sleeved event t-shirt and a collectible Atocha finisher medal. The competition options include:
- International Triathlon: .5 mile swim, 24 mile bike, and 6 mile run.
- International Duathlon: 1 mile run, 24 mile bike, and 6.2 mile run.
- International AquaBike: .5 mile swim and 24 mile bike.
- Sprint Triathlon: .25 mile swim, 12 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.
- Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile run, 12 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.
The swimming portion occurs in the waters south of the jetty followed by a cycling segment along A1A. The bike course is designed as an out and back route. The final running segment follows a path parallel to the water before concluding on the jetty itself.
