The One in the Woods - Henley is a multisport event on March 29, 2026 at Culden Faw Estate, Henley. Race formats offered are Duathlon (road bike), Cross Duathlon (MTB) and Offroad Endurance (gravel/XC/MTB/e-bike). Distances and entry fees listed are:

Village location is Henley Showground, Hambleden, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AS. British Triathlon membership or a Race Pass is required for participants who are not annual members and live within the UK.

Practical information

Entry includes a finisher medal, refreshments and chip timing. Race pack items are available for collection on the event day from the Registration Tent between the river and transition; packs include a timing chip (to be worn on the left ankle), bib number, and bike/helmet stickers. All bike and run courses are signed and marshalled; competitors complete a number of laps based on their chosen distance. Medical cover is provided. There is no bag drop and no dedicated changing rooms or showers. Free portable toilets are in the event village only. Water and snack stations are placed at the start/finish, on the run route and on the bike course (bike station is self-service for refilling bottles). Photography is expected to be available after the event. Spectators are permitted in the start/finish area. Dogs are not allowed except registered medical assistance dogs with prior approval.
