Event Overview
The One in the Woods - Henley is a multisport event on March 29, 2026. It is held at Culden Faw Estate in Henley. The event offers three disciplines: Duathlon, Cross Duathlon, and Offroad Endurance.
Disciplines and Distances
- Duathlon (Road Bike): Standard distance with a 40-kilometer bike and run segments of 5 kilometers and 10 kilometers. Sprint distance with a 20-kilometer bike and run segments of 2.5 kilometers and 5 kilometers.
- Cross Duathlon (Mountain Bike): Standard distance with a 40-kilometer bike and run segments of 10 kilometers and 5 kilometers. Sprint distance with a 20-kilometer bike and run segments of 5 kilometers and 2.5 kilometers.
- Offroad Endurance (Gravel/XC/MTB/E-Bike): 3-hour and 6-hour options on a 5-kilometer lap course.

The event village is at Henley Showground, Hambleden, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AS.
Entry Inclusions
Participants receive a finisher medal, refreshments, and chip timing.
Facilities
Medical cover is provided. Catering is available onsite. Portable toilets are in the event village. Water stations are on the run and bike courses. There is no bag drop, changing rooms, or showers.
Additional Information
Spectators are permitted. Dogs are not allowed for participants. The event is not suitable for buggies, pushchairs, strollers, or wheelchairs. Earphones or headphones must not block instructions from officials. Race deferrals are possible with an admin fee until registration closes.
For Duathlon and Cross Duathlon entries, a British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants without annual membership who live in the UK. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
