Event details
The Milton Keynes Winter Warmer Run at Campbell Park in Newlands, Milton Keynes (MK15 0DL) offers three race distances:
- 5k
- 10k
- Half marathon
The event supports the charity Shelter. Fundraising is optional and there is no minimum target. Listed entry fees are £25 for the 5k, £25 for the 10k and £30 for the half marathon. Entry prices increase on 2 January 2026 and online entries close on 16 February 2026, unless the event sells out.
Course and race services
The course is undulating and mainly on paths with a few trail sections. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps and the half marathon is four laps plus one extra section. Buggies are allowed; the course is not ideal for wheelchair users but is possible. Starts are staggered to reduce congestion. Marshals are positioned around the course and participants are asked to keep left unless directed otherwise. Headphones are permitted if the runner can still hear marshals and others.
Logistics and timing
Race timing uses a chip on bib system and results are provided via Results Base with instant display at the finish. Race packs are collected at on-the-day registration. The event hub is on the grass at Newlands. Bag storage is available but limited. Toilets, coffee and snacks are provided at the hub.
