ATW Bedford Running Festival
The ATW Bedford Running Festival is a two day running event held at Russell Park, The Embankment, Bedford MK40 3RH. It takes place on the first weekend of September and includes a programme of mass participation races and a weekend festival village.
Distances offered include:
- Fun Run: children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket
- 5K
- Twilight 10K
- Half Marathon
- 20 Miles
Every finisher receives a custom designed medal and race goodies. Participants who complete two or more distances across the weekend, excluding the Fun Run, receive a special double finisher reward and can spin a wheel to win a prize.
The festival village hosts live music, entertainment, a fully stocked bar, street food, a funfair and family activities. Entry to the festival village is free.
The event supports a number of charity partners, including Alzheimer’s Research UK, and provides options for participants to fundraise or obtain charity places. Entry fees for the event range from £13 to £49 depending on the chosen distance.
ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person. Entrants may transfer their entry to any future ATW event up to 48 hours before the event without providing proof of circumstance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
