ATW Bedford Running Festival
The ATW Bedford Running Festival is a weekend running event held in Russell Park, The Embankment, Bedford MK40 3RH. It takes place on the first weekend in September and offers multiple race distances and a festival village with live music, food, a fully stocked bar, entertainment and a funfair.
Available race distances include:
- Fun Run (children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket)
- 5K
- Twilight 10K
- Half Marathon
- 20 Miles
Every finisher receives a custom-designed medal and race goodies. Participants who complete two or more distances across the weekend are eligible for a special double finisher reward, with details to be announced.
The event supports charity partners, including Alzheimer’s Research UK, and provides opportunities to fundraise or secure charity entries. Entry prices cover a range from £13 to £49 depending on the race and category.
ATW acts as organiser. ATW was established in 2011 and runs national events across running and multisport disciplines. The organiser’s transfer policy does not offer refunds or transfers to another person but allows transfers to any future ATW event up to 48 hours before the original event date without requiring proof.
