ATW Bedford Running Festival
ATW Bedford Running Festival is a multi-distance running event held at Russell Park, The Embankment, Bedford MK40 3RH across the first weekend of September. The event combines road races with a festival village offering live music, entertainment, a fully stocked bar, street food, a funfair and family activities.
Distances offered include:
- Fun Run (children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket)
- 5K (open to entrants aged 11 and over on the event date)
- 10K Twilight (open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date)
- Half Marathon (open to entrants aged 17 and over on the event date)
- 20 Miles (open to entrants aged 18 and over on the event date)
Every finisher receives a custom-designed medal and race goodies. Participants who complete two or more distances across the weekend are eligible for a special double finisher reward. The event supports official charity partners including Alzheimer’s Research UK, and runners can obtain free entry by registering with an official charity and fundraising.
Ticket prices on release range from £12.00 to £39.00. The organiser does not issue refunds or transfers to another person but allows transfers to any future ATW event up to 48 hours before the original event date without requiring proof.
