The ATW Bedford Running Festival is an in-person running weekend held at Russell Park, The Embankment, Bedford MK40 3RH. Age rules and entry notes: children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket for any distance. The 5K is open to entrants aged 11 and over on 05/09/2026. The 10K is open to entrants aged 15 and over on 05/09/2026. The Half Marathon is open to entrants aged 17 and over on 06/09/2026. The 20 Mile event is open to entrants aged 18 and over on 06/09/2026. Every finisher receives a medal and race goodies; participants who complete two or more distances across the weekend receive a double finisher reward.
Festival features and policies
The event site will include a festival village with live music, food and drink stalls, a fully stocked bar, a funfair, and family activities. The festival supports charity fundraising and lists Alzheimer’s Research UK as a partner. ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person, but entries can be transferred to any future ATW event up to 48 hours before the original event date.
