About the race
Northants 5K Series – Race 5 in Wellingborough is held at The Chester House Estate in Irchester, near Wellingborough (NN8 2DH). The 5K is a multi-terrain course that weaves through Northamptonshire’s parks and woodlands, offering a scenic, varied running experience. A key feature is the bespoke medal awarded to all finishers, with a different design for each race in the series; runners can also complete it virtually and have the medal posted.
Free parking is available at the estate (use the Claudius Way Car Park). The event is open to participants aged 11 and up, with a reduced entry for UKA-affiliated runners. Registration takes place on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
