The Milk Run 5K, fueled by TG Lee Dairy
The Milk Run is a community run in Orlando's Milk District on May 2, 2026, hosted at Festival Park by TG Lee Dairy. The second annual event routes participants through historic streets of downtown Orlando and includes post-race activities hosted by TG Lee Dairy and the Milk District.
Distances:
- 5K
- Kids Half-Pint Fun Run - 50 to 200 yards, ages 7 and under
All paid finishers receive a milk-themed finisher medal and a soft unisex race T-shirt when registered by the stated deadline. Children in the Kids Half-Pint Fun Run receive a finisher item. The event offers free TG Lee Dairy milk, free Mayfield ice cream, giveaways, sponsors and vendor activities, and free parking at Festival Park while space is available.
The event includes a Cow Costume Division; participants are encouraged to wear cow or milk themed costumes. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, the top overall master, and top three in each age group. A special award will go to the first person across the finish line in a cow costume.
The race is capped at 1,250 participants for the 5K and 100 for the Kids Fun Run. The beneficiary for the current year is not yet named; the prior event raised $25,000 for the Central Florida Chapter of Second Harvest Food Bank. Races are planned rain or shine. Certain items are prohibited on course for safety, and jogging strollers must start at the back. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
