Blast 5km Series @ The Meadows
The Blast 5km Series at East Meadows Play Park on Melville Drive in Edinburgh is a monthly midweek lunchtime 5K run held on a flat, officially measured and licensed 5K course. The series is organised by Blast Running and runs across dates in 2025 and 2026.
The event is open to runners aged 11 and over. Entry fees are listed as £7 standard and £10 for non-members, with a £3 insurance levy applied to non-Scottish Athletics members.
