The Mary Ruchalski Foundation 5K and Fun Run
This event is a community 5K and fun run held at Eisenhower Park, Field 2, Parking Lot 2, East Meadow, NY 11554. The event raises funds for pediatric cancer research and to support families impacted by pediatric cancer; proceeds benefit The Mary Ruchalski Foundation.

Amenities include finish-line photos, bottled water, live results delivered online or by text and email, and raffles. All registered participants are eligible for a $100 AMEX gift card prize. Top overall male and female finishers receive trophies, and top male and female age group winners receive medals in these age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Bib pickup is available in person beginning one hour before the event and virtual bibs are shipped within a window ranging from one week before to one week after the event. The course is USATF certified and takes place within Eisenhower Park, a 930-acre public park in Nassau County.
