The Mary Ruchalski Foundation 5K & Fun Run
The Mary Ruchalski Foundation 5K & Fun Run is a community running event held at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York. The event raises funds for pediatric cancer research and provides support for families impacted by pediatric cancer, with proceeds directed to the foundation.

The course takes place within Eisenhower Park, a 930-acre public park in Nassau County. Event services include finish-line photos, bottled water, live results delivered by online, text, or email, and same-day finish line pictures. Raffles are held and all registered participants are eligible for a $100 AMEX gift card drawing.
Awards are offered to the overall top male and female finishers with trophies, and age-group medals are awarded to the top male and female in these categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Bib pickup is available in person on the event day and virtual bibs may be shipped to participants; personalized race numbers are offered to registrants who register at least three weeks in advance.
