The Mad Maple 50K @ Hueston Woods is a multi-event race weekend on May 16-17, 2026, held at Hueston Woods Group Camp in College Corner, Ohio. The event program includes several race options and a timed endurance event. Packet pickup and race operations are based at the Hueston Woods Mountain Bike Trailhead near the campground, off Hedgerow Road.

Course, rules and services
The 50K uses three distinct 5K loops. Each loop must be completed within 50 minutes; the next lap begins exactly 50 minutes after the prior lap and participants who do not finish a loop in that time are eliminated. Finishers of the 50K receive a custom finisher medal and a code to order a custom tri-blend shirt. All participants receive a custom race bib, race sticker, a gel and candy, recorded results, and at least one water stop on course. Aid station support is provided. Restrooms and porta-potties are available at the start/finish area; flush restrooms are available in the nearby campground. Leashed pets are allowed on course and headphones are permitted. Race-day registration is available, including exact cash or online payment.
