Spooky Sprint Cincinnati
The Spooky Sprint Cincinnati is a Halloween-themed running event held in Hamilton, Ohio. This annual competition provides several race distances to accommodate different participant interests, ranging from short sprints to longer endurance runs. The physical races occur on a set date in October, though a virtual race option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- 10K (6.2 Miles)
- 5K (3.1 Miles)
- 1 Mile (Untimed)
- Kids Dash (50m, for ages 10 and under)
The 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon events feature chip-timing with live results and awards. Participants in these categories, as well as the untimed 1 Mile, receive a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. The Kids Dash is an untimed event where registered children receive a mini bib, a youth-sized shirt, and a specific medal. Children may also participate in the dash for free if they do not require the event physical goods.
Finishers have access to free photos and food treats after completing their race. There is also a program where individuals can volunteer for event setup before running a distance of their choice.
