The Crawford's Group Mid Argyll Sprint Triathlon and Aquathlon 2026
The event takes place in Mid Argyll and uses the refurbished 20m MAC community pool for the swim. The triathlon cycle route passes the Mhoine Mhor national nature reserve and Dunadd hill fort, and the run follows the flat Crinan Canal. The course is described as accessible and flat and is supported by local marshals.

The aquathlon consists of a 500 m pool swim followed by a 2.5 km run on the Crinan Canal; no cycling or road transitions are required for this race. The event is affiliated to Triathlon Scotland and every competitor will receive a race memento. The Mid Argyll community pool café will offer food and refreshments before, during and after the event.
Entry information includes minimum ages (at 31st December 2026): individual 17 years, aquathlon 15 years. Team entries must be three people with one person swimming, one cycling and one running; team age minimums vary by discipline. Parental consent and contact details are required for entrants under 18 due to open road requirements. Entries are accepted until full with a reserve list; on-the-day entries may incur a surcharge up to £5.
