2026 The Lucky Run 2k and 5k : Morais Vineyards
The Lucky Run offers two measured distances on a looped course at Morais Vineyards in Bealeton, VA. The course is described as a 1 kilometer loop; the 2k requires two laps and the 5k requires five laps. The surface is concrete for the majority of the route and the course is largely flat with one small incline.

Entries are chip timed. Registered runners receive a finisher medal and a technical event shirt when available. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed before March 4; sizes for later or race day registrations are not guaranteed. Race day registration and on-site packet pickup are available; participants are advised to arrive early to check in.
This event awards the top three men and top three women overall and awards first and second place in multiple age groups, including 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus. Walkers are welcome. A virtual race option is available for participants who cannot attend in person.
Water stations are provided along the courses: two stations on the 2k course and seven on the 5k course, with Gatorade available at some stations. Restrooms are located at the winery. Points from the event count toward the 5k series, the Back of the Pack series, and the Sippin series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
