The Longest Day 5K/10K by Beard vs Beans
The Longest Day is a community running event held at Comanche Park in San Antonio, Texas on June 19, 2027. This is the 10th annual edition and combines road races, short fun runs, and a virtual donation option to raise funds for the Alzheimer Association of San Antonio and South Texas.

- 0.5 km beer Fun Run (500 m)
- Kids 0.5 km Fun Run
- Sleep-In Donation / Virtual option
All 5K and 10K finishers receive a medal and a shirt. Participants in the 0.5 km beer Fun Run receive a beer mug and the top finishers by remaining beer receive awards. Kids in the 0.5 km Fun Run receive a medal and shirt. The virtual Sleep-In Donation option includes event shirt and medal according to event details.
Registration fees listed for 2027 are $30 for the 5K, $40 for the 10K, $40 for the virtual option, and $25 for each 0.5 km fun run. Organizers run a friendly fundraising competition to raise donations for the Alzheimer Association of San Antonio and South Texas.
