Trail shoes are recommended. Entry fees are £30 for the 5.6km and £35 for the 11.2km. Under-16s can run free when registered with a parent or guardian (registration by email is required). Refunds are not available. A service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies to each sign-up.

A group warm-up will be led by a Fitnessat58° instructor. Chip timing is provided by Perfect Timing Scotland, with results sent on the day. Finishers receive a bespoke medal. Home baking will be available at the finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each race.
