St. Patrick's Day Celebration in Glastonbury
The Leprechaun Made Me Do It is an annual running and walking event held on March 17, 2026, in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This themed event features a 2 mile course located entirely within the boundaries of Riverfront Park. Participants can choose to run or walk the distance in this holiday-themed race.

Registration is available both in advance and on the day of the event. To receive an event t-shirt, participants must complete their registration by March 2, 2026. The race also serves a community purpose by hosting a food drive to benefit the Glastonbury Food Bank, and participants are encouraged to contribute to this cause.
Awards are presented shortly after the completion of the race. Recognition is given to overall winners in male, female, and non-binary categories. Additionally, the top three finishers in various age groups are recognized, ranging from those aged 12 and under to participants in the 80+ category.
