The Josh Druke Memorial 5K
The event is a memorial 5K held in Walpole, New Hampshire, that raises funds for The Joshua Druke Foundation. The in-person course runs through the village of Walpole and begins and ends at Whitcomb Recreation Center. Parking is available at Walpole Elementary School and at the Hubbard Farms building.
Both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K are offered. Check-in is open from 8:30 to 9:45, and same-day registration is available up until 9:45. Registration pricing is listed by age and household: $30 for adults (18+), $20 for under 18, and $100 for a family of four or more. Registrations completed by August 1 are eligible for a guaranteed T-shirt size and entry to win a sweatshirt.
Prizes are awarded by age categories: 6 and under; 7 to 9; 10 to 12; 13 to 15; 16 and older (adult); and 60 and older (senior). After the running portion, activities continue by the basketball courts and include games and entertainment. Independently operated food trucks will be present at the event.
