Rockin'Ham 5K
The Rockin'Ham 5K is a community running and walking event held in Bellows Falls, Vermont. The event is hosted at the Central Elementary School and is designed for participants of various ages, including elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as adults. In addition to the main distance, there is a separate 100-yard dash available for children aged five and younger.
The 5K course consists of two 2.5 km loops that begin and end near the Central Elementary School. The route starts on School Street in front of the Bellows Falls Middle School and traverses several local roads including Prospect Street, Brown Street, Blake Street, and Pleasant Street. Participants navigate through residential areas and use specific lanes on roads like Pine Street and Atkinson Street, which are managed with cones and volunteers at intersections. The final finish line is situated at the intersection of Church Place and School Street.
Available distances:
- 5 km (Two 2.5 km loops)
- 100-yard dash (Children five and younger)
