2026 Vanish Brewing 5k – The House That Beer Built
The event is a road race held at Vanish Farmwoods Brewing in Leesburg, Virginia on October 3, 2026. Points from the race count toward the 5k & Back of the Pack Series and the Sippin' Series. A virtual run option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
Distances
- 5k - chip timed; two water stations near miles 1 and 2
- 1 mile - shorter distance option; includes a kids option
Registered participants receive one glass of beer from Vanish Brewing, a finisher’s medal, and a technical Drifit event shirt. The race is chip timed and will display live results via Athlinks with a QR code available at the event; final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race.
The event benefits Loudoun Habitat for Humanity. Loudoun Habitat builds and sells houses at an affordable no profit rate to qualified buyers who earn 30% to 80% of area median income; homeowners complete volunteer hours and attend classes to prepare for homeownership.
Onsite amenities include restrooms and on-site parking at the brewery. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered; t-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for those registered by the stated cutoff date.
