The Hoagie Half - Vancouver
The Hoagie Half is a relay race organized by The Good Sauna and based at Container Brewing Ltd., 1216 Franklin Street, Vancouver, BC. Teams of four run sequential legs between four city sandwich shops: Meat & Bread, Say Hey Café, Cream Pony and Vennie's Sub shop. The route totals 21 km collectively; each team member runs one leg of roughly 5 km depending on the chosen leg.
The event package includes a limited-edition Hoagie Half t-shirt, a hoagie, and a welcome beer. The day features DJs, drinks, prizes and a large party atmosphere at the base. An after party is planned; additional details are listed as coming soon.
Additional practical details: the event is in person, restricted to ages 19 and over, offers free parking at the venue, and has a no refunds policy. Registration and race logistics are managed by the organizer.
