The 5K will use multiple course markers and timing by Run Texas Timing Services. Registered runners receive a t-shirt; available sizes include adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and youth S, M, L. The Fun Walk does not include a free t-shirt, but shirts can be purchased during registration; packets are available only for 1K registrants who ordered the add-on t-shirt. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 & above. Early and later registration fees are listed by date and amount on the organizer materials.
Volunteers and notes
Volunteer roles include packet pick-up, race-day check-in and registration, water stations, and course support at turning points. Volunteers must sign waivers and check in to receive a volunteer tag.
