Charity and event policies
The event benefits Toys for Tots. Toys for Tots in Waco is organized by the US Marine Corps Reserve and local partners to provide toys to children during the holidays. New, unwrapped toy donations can be dropped off at locations including KWTX Studios at 6700 American Plaza in Waco, and donations are also possible online through the local Toys for Tots website.
This is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, participants will be transferred to a virtual 5K option and may run and submit their own time. No refunds will be given for any reason; if a registrant is unable to attend, the registration payment will be contributed to Toys for Tots.
