The Great Stew Chase : 50th Annual
The Great Stew Chase is an annual road race held in Lynn, Massachusetts. The 50th edition takes place on February 1, 2026 and is organized by the Wyoma Lions Club. The event base address is 177 Lynnfield St, Lynn, MA. The course is marked and has a two-hour course limit.
Race format and logistics
- 15K individual race
- 2 by 4.6 mile relay (two-person; each runner covers half the 15K)
Most participants run the full 15K. An alternate earlier start is available for runners who expect to be close to the two-hour limit. The relay handoff is in the parking lot at 4 Dearborn Ave (Vortex Corporation). Relay entries include a t-shirt and refreshments; relay entries do not have prize categories.
