Livestrong at the Y 5K & Half Marathon
Livestrong at the Y is a road race held in Peabody, MA, hosted by the YMCA of Metro North and the Torigian Family YMCA to support the Livestrong at the Y program. The event includes two distance options and benefits a 12 week program that helps cancer survivors regain strength, balance, and confidence after treatment.

Registration details and race services are provided in advance. Registration includes post race refreshments and a T shirt for those who register by October 31. Chip timing is provided by Bay State Race Services. Age specific awards are offered for 5K participants only. There will be no day of registration; packet pick up is available for pre registered runners and a packet pick up session is scheduled on the Thursday before the race at the Torigian Family YMCA in Peabody.
The 5K offers a family rate that allows four participants from the same household to register together for $100. Standard registration fees listed for each distance apply. Strollers and dogs are not allowed on the race courses.
Proceeds from the YMCA of Metro North Road Race Series support the YMCA Annual Fund and community programs such as child care, camp, and health and wellness initiatives. In 2025 the YMCA of Metro North provided more than $3 million in financial aid to support access to programs regardless of income. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
