The Great Peace Valley 5 Miler, 5k, 2 Mile Run/Walk & Duathlon
This event takes place on May 9, 2026, at Sailor's Point in Peace Valley Park, Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Multiple running and multisport options are offered, plus a kids only course. There is a limit to the number of participants.

Course notes: the 5 Miler and 5k are described as flat and fast. The 2 Mile and kids courses are flat. Duathlon short course follows 2 mile run, 5.5 mile bike, 2 mile run with a flat run and rolling bike sections. Duathlon long course follows a 5k run, 11 mile bike, 5k run; the run contains one 8% quarter mile hill and the bike is rolling.
Timing and awards: the 5 Miler, 5k and duathlon events are timed and present overall awards to the top three male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups are 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over. The 2 Mile and Kids 3k are not timed. Awards and shirts are not mailed and must be picked up at the event or arranged with the organizer.
Registration opens February 21, 2026 and closes February 22, 2026; fees vary by event. The event is rain or shine. Organizers may cancel if conditions make the course unsafe. No refunds, transfers or credits are issued. Donations from the event support the Bucks County Park Rangers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
