The Abington Triathlon offers several multisport and single-sport events.

Location and Course
The event is based at Abington High School (900 Highland Ave, Abington, PA). The triathlon begins with a 300 meter swim in the high school's heated pool. The bike course is 11.5 miles long and consists of two loops through the Abington area. The run is a 5 km route across the Abington High School and Middle School campuses.
Participant Information
Parking is available on the school campus, though access will be closed from the race start until its conclusion. An alternative parking location is at Copper Beech Elementary School in Glenside. Early bib pickup is available the day before the race at the Abington Police Headquarters.
All participants who complete their event receive a finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in several age divisions, as well as a team division.
The event supports local community and youth organizations. After the race, there are giveaways and snacks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
