The Great Masked Pumpkin Race
The Great Masked Pumpkin Race is scheduled for 10/17/2026 at Riverfront Park, Billings, MT, 8001 S. Billings Blvd. The event offers short fun runs on measured courses and is limited to 350 participants. The races are not timed.

Registration includes one pumpkin per registration, race entry, GMPR swag, and entry into giveaways. The stated registration fee is $30 per entry. Children five and under may participate for free and do not need to register. Packet pickup is held on race day at Riverfront Park.
Participants pick a pumpkin located about a quarter mile from the finish line and carry it back to the finish; pumpkins are kept by the registrant. Use of a wagon, stroller, or a helper to transport the pumpkin is permitted. Prizes are awarded for best costumes in individual and family categories. Because this is a public event, no weapons, real or imitation, are permitted; examples listed include firearms, knives, pitchforks, ropes and similar items.
